Dr. Robert Eno serves as the Registrar of the African Court on Human and Peoples' Rights in Arusha, Tanzania. He holds a PhD in Law from the University of the Witwatersrand (2007) and has over 30 years of experience in human rights, legal advocacy, and international law. His career includes roles with the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights, South African Human Rights Commission, and various NGOs.

His research focuses on human rights law, public international law, and constitutional frameworks. Key publications analyze African human rights mechanisms and UN peacekeeping operations. He has held adjunct teaching roles at the University of The Gambia and University of Buea (Cameroon). Currently oversees the African Court’s operations as its chief administrator.
