Robert E. Bishop is an Associate Professor of Law at Duke University's Duke Law School. His research focuses on corporate governance, securities regulation, and financial markets. He holds an AB from the University of Chicago, JD and MBA from Columbia University, and MA, MPhil, and PhD from Yale University. He has clerked on the Delaware Court of Chancery.
