Dr Robert Andrews is a Senior Research Fellow at QUT's School of Information Systems within the Faculty of Science. He holds a PhD from QUT and has extensive academic and industry experience. His current research focuses on process mining, data science, and healthcare informatics, particularly in improving healthcare processes and data quality. He collaborates with organizations like the Motor Accident Insurance Commission and Queensland Critical Care Network on projects involving ICU registries and hospital capacity planning.
