Dr. Rob Thompson is an Associate Professor and Coordinator for the Student Development Administration program at Indiana Wesleyan University. With over 25 years of administrative experience in Student Development and ten years as full-time faculty, he specializes in areas such as college student autonomy, LGBTQ+ identity development on Christian campuses, and leadership in higher education.
