Rob Lindsay

Rob Lindsay is a Reader in Corrosion Science and Engineering at the University of Manchester's School of Materials. He holds leadership roles as Director of the Materials for Demanding Environments (M4DE) Centre for Doctoral Training and as PGR Director. With over 25 years of research experience, he has authored ~80 publications, focusing on corrosion mechanisms, surface chemistry, and oxide interfaces. His work employs advanced techniques like vibrational sum frequency spectroscopy and synchrotron-based probes, aligned with the Henry Royce Institute's MS4DE theme.
