Dr. Rob Jansen is a Lecturer at the Department of Organization Studies, Tilburg School of Social and Behavioral Sciences, Tilburg University. His research focuses on strategic decision-making, inter-organizational relations, and networks, with expertise in cognitive and network approaches to decision-making, email use, and management team dynamics. He teaches in Organization Studies, Liberal Arts & Sciences, and Human Resource Management programs at both bachelor’s and master’s levels.
Research interests include understanding the causes and consequences of inter-organizational collaboration and tie dissolution. He has contributed to studies on dynamic capabilities, strategic decision-making contexts, and corporate sustainability leadership. His work aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goals, emphasizing organizational resilience and strategic effectiveness.
