Rob Hunter

Rob Hunter is Adjunct Professor of Pharmacology at UMKC's School of Pharmacy and owner of One Medicine Consulting. His expertise includes veterinary bioequivalence, antimicrobial therapy for minor species, and human food safety regarding drug residues.

With over 30 years in animal health, his research spans veterinary pharmacology, allometric scaling, and comparative physiology. Professional experience includes roles at Pfizer Animal Health, Kansas State University, Elanco Animal Health, and as Chief Scientific Officer at Parnell Animal Health.

Service includes Associate Editorship for Journal of Zoo and Wildlife Medicine and past presidency of the American Academy of Veterinary Pharmacology and Therapeutics. Education includes BS (Animal Science, Angelo State), MS (Veterinary Physiology, Texas A&M), and PhD (Veterinary Pharmacology, LSU).
