Rob Haley

Rob Haley is a Professor and Director of the Master of Health Administration (MHA) Program at the Brooks College of Health, University of North Florida. He is also a Fulbright Senior Specialist in Global and Public Health and a Visiting Scholar at China's Center for Health Management and Policy.

Dr. Haley's research focuses on value-based purchasing, healthcare quality improvement, and health policy analysis. He explores hospital-community partnerships, telehealth implementation, and antibiotic stewardship through a One Health framework. His recent work examines how healthcare systems address social determinants of health and pandemic challenges like COVID-19.

His research output (25+ publications) spans public health management, healthcare policy evaluation, and quality metric analysis. Key contributions include studies on hospital partnerships' impact on disease outcomes and telehealth expansion under Medicare during crises.
