Rico Lie

Dr. Rico Lie is an Assistant Professor in International Communication at Wageningen University, Netherlands, specializing in Development Communication and Intercultural Learning. He holds a PhD from the Catholic University of Brussels (2000) and has prior experience at the University of Brussels, and Universities of Nijmegen and Leiden. His work focuses on the role of communication technologies in development, intercultural learning mechanisms, and agricultural innovation systems.
