Rick Mintrop

Rick Mintrop is a faculty member at the University of California, Berkeley's School of Education, with a career spanning roles in schools and research institutions. His work bridges educational theory and practice, focusing on leadership preparation, accountability systems, and teacher motivation. He co-directed the Principal Leadership Institute at UCLA and leads the doctoral program in Leadership for Educational Equity at UC Berkeley.
