Rick Becker

Rick Becker is an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame, Indiana. He holds a DNP from Indiana Wesleyan University, an MS from Ball State University, an MA from Franciscan University of Steubenville, a BSN from Bethel University, and a BA from Seattle Pacific University. His expertise includes Healthcare Ethics and Bioethics, with a focus on Moral Distress and Moral Resilience in nursing. He has professional experience as an oncology nurse and religious educator before transitioning to academia. His research explores nursing education, moral resilience, and the intersection of faith and healthcare.
