Richèle Wind is an Associate Professor at HAN University of Applied Sciences, specializing in Industrial Microbiology, Fermentation Technology, and Biochemistry. With a PhD from Wageningen University & Research (WUR) focused on protein engineering of starch-converting enzymes, she has extensive experience in heterologous protein production, lactic acid-producing bacteria, and probiotics safety in food.
