Richard Webb

Dr. Richard Webb is a Senior Lecturer at the Cardiff School of Sport & Health Sciences, Cardiff Metropolitan University. His research focuses on the intersection of immunology, exercise physiology, and chronic disease, particularly exploring IL-6 signaling pathways in health and disease contexts including long-COVID, exercise adaptation, and cardiovascular health.
