Richard W. Wagner

Richard W. Wagner is a Professor of Practice in the Department of River and Coastal Science and Engineering at Tulane University's School of Science & Engineering. With over two decades of teaching experience, he emphasizes cognitive development and disciplinary synthesis in education.
