Richard R. Flores is a Professor of Anthropology and Mexican American Studies at the University of Texas at Austin, holding the C. B. Smith, Sr. Centennial Chair in U.S.—Mexico Relations. He serves as Deputy to the President for Academic Priorities and is affiliated with the College of Liberal Arts.
