Dr. Richard Perkins is an Associate Professor in the Department of Geography and Environment at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and an Associate of the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment. He holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge (2002) and degrees from the University of Oxford (MSc and BSc).
