Richard Parrott

Richard Parrott is Professor and program coordinator in Management & Human Relations at Trevecca Nazarene University. His interdisciplinary background includes psychology degrees (BA from Eastern Nazarene University, MA from University of Missouri), ministry training (MDiv from Nazarene Theological Seminary), and education administration (PhD from Oregon State University).

Parrott integrates leadership theory with practical experience from pastoral roles and corporate training programs. He previously directed doctoral programs at Ashland Theological Seminary and served as senior pastor at multiple churches. His teaching connects organizational management principles with ethical leadership development.
