Richard Naughton is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Political Science Department at John Jay College of Criminal Justice (CUNY). A native of Scranton, Pennsylvania, he holds a J.D. from Penn State University Dickinson School of Law and an M.S.Ed. in Social Studies Education from the University of Pennsylvania. With over 25 years of political campaign experience, he has served as Executive Director of LibertyPA (a LGBTQ rights PAC) and on boards of LGBTQ advocacy organizations. He currently works as Pre-law Advisor at Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC).
