Richard Manzon

Richard Manzon is a Professor in the Department of Biology at the University of Regina. His research focuses on understanding how fish and other vertebrates respond to environmental changes through physiological and endocrine mechanisms. Dr. Manzon investigates thermal/hypoxic stress, thyroidal regulation of development, evolution of stress response systems, and impacts of recreational angling. He leads multidisciplinary research integrating physiology, biochemistry, and molecular biology to understand whole-organism responses in natural environments.
