Richard Kirk

Richard Kirk is a graduate student at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in the Department of Geography. He holds an M.S. in Geography from the University of North Texas (2022) and a B.S. in Geography (summa cum laude) from the same institution (2020). His research focuses on urban inequality, displacement, and the role of the state in urban governance, with an emphasis on qualitative methods and critical urban theory.
