Richard Jolly is a Clinical Associate Professor of Management & Organizations at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. He specializes in leadership development, organizational change, and power dynamics. Currently full-time at Kellogg, he teaches MBA courses including Power in Organizations and Leadership in Organizations, and leads executive education programs globally. Prior to Kellogg, he spent 22 years at London Business School (LBS) and 13 years at Columbia Business School, consistently earning top teaching ratings and awards. He co-founded Stokes & Jolly Ltd, a consulting firm advising professional services, family businesses, and technology firms on strategy, culture, and leadership resilience.
