Richard Jolly

Richard Jolly is a Clinical Associate Professor of Management & Organizations at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. He specializes in leadership development, organizational change, and power dynamics. Currently full-time at Kellogg, he teaches MBA courses including Power in Organizations and Leadership in Organizations, and leads executive education programs globally.
