Dr. Richard Holti is a Senior Lecturer at The Open University, affiliated with the Faculty of Business and Law and the Department for People and Organisations. He served as a Co-investigator on the Catalyst team, focusing on organizational and cultural change through action research, and as Associate Dean, contributed to postgraduate curriculum development.
- Education: BA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University; MSc and PhD in organizational sociology from Imperial College London.
His research spans collaborative organizational change, action research methodologies, and interdisciplinary engagement across manufacturing, construction, and healthcare sectors.
