Richard Gale

Richard Gale is a Professor and Associate Chair in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at Texas Tech University's College of Engineering. He holds a PhD in Physics from Lehigh University and has extensive experience in microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), integrated circuit production/testing, and engineering education initiatives.
