Richa Gulati

Dr. Richa Gulati serves as a Lecturer in Management at the University of Adelaide's Adelaide Business School within the Faculty of Arts, Business, Law and Economics. With over a decade of combined industry and academic experience, she has been contributing to the University for nearly seven years.

Her primary research interests include:

• Efficiency in Project Management Processes
• Soft Skills and Soft Aspects of Project Management
• Project Management Education
• Big Data applications in management contexts

Dr. Gulati actively presents her research at leading conferences in her field, demonstrating her commitment to advancing knowledge in project management disciplines.

She is eligible to supervise Masters and PhD students, reflecting her expertise and standing within the academic community.

Prior to her academic career, Dr. Gulati gained extensive industry experience including managing technology-driven education projects at the National University of Singapore's Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, working as a Business Consultant analyzing market potential for IoT products, and serving as a Project Executive for Unilever Singapore where she focused on brand adaptation, cost reduction, and product management.
