Ricardo Molina, Ed.D., is a Lecturer in the College of Education at Texas Tech University, affiliated with the Educational Psychology, Leadership, & Counseling Department. With 38 years of experience in public schools as a teacher, administrator, and central office leader, he transitioned to higher education in 2011 and joined Texas Tech in 2012. His military service includes six years in the U.S. Army Reserve.
