Ricardo Borges Rodrigues is Assistant Professor at Iscte - University Institute of Lisbon and integrated researcher at CIS-Iscte. His work explores childhood intergroup relations, ethnic/gender inclusion-exclusion dynamics in educational settings, and prejudice reduction strategies. He directs the Master's in Intercultural Relations Psychology and coordinates the TEIP4 project consulting 15 school clusters.
