Dr. Rhonda Johnson is an Associate Professor at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) College of Nursing. With over 27 years of experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife, she serves as the Interim Concentration Coordinator for the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Nurse-Midwifery program. Dr. Johnson advocates for midwifery model care and birthplace choice, while contributing to accreditation efforts through the Commission for the Accreditation of Birth Centers (CABC) and the Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education.
