Rhoda San Jose

Rhoda San Jose is a dedicated nursing educator and simulation leader at Iona University's College of Health Sciences, Nursing Department. She serves as the Director of Nursing Laboratories and Simulation Learning, overseeing skills labs and simulation activities across multiple nursing domains including Medical-Surgical, Maternal-Newborn, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, and Community Health. With over 25 years of clinical and academic experience, she plays a pivotal role in shaping modern nursing education through innovative pedagogical approaches.
