Rhea Alexander

Rhea Alexander is Associate Professor of Strategic Design and Management at Parsons School of Design, where she serves as Director of The Parsons Elab, Co-Director of Impact Entrepreneurship Initiative, and Co-Chair of TNS Faculty Senate. Her work integrates design strategy with social innovation and sustainable business development.

Research interests focus on design-driven entrepreneurship, participatory methods for social justice, and equitable business models. Her scholarly output demonstrates strong emphasis on reimagining entrepreneurship education and organizational transformation.

Alexander co-founded MakeOurFuture.coop, a consulting cooperative promoting equitable practices, and serves on NYCIC board supporting underserved entrepreneurs.
