Reynold Washington

Dr. Reynold Washington is an Associate Professor in the Department of Community Health Sciences at the Max Rady College of Medicine, University of Manitoba. He holds cross-appointments with the Division of Infectious Diseases at St John’s Research Institute and St John’s National Academy of Health Sciences in Bengaluru, India. His research focuses on addressing health disparities, designing equitable health interventions, and advancing public health policies, particularly in infectious diseases (HIV, tuberculosis) and maternal/child health.

Dr. Washington’s work emphasizes health services training, surveillance methodologies, and epidemiology. His contributions inform evidence-based policies and interventions to achieve equitable health outcomes.
