Renu Sharma-Persaud

Dr. Renu Sharma-Persaud is a Sessional Lecturer in Sociology and Criminology at the University of Windsor. Her interdisciplinary work bridges psychology, sociology, and self-development practices, focusing on wellbeing frameworks and personal transformation.

She authored 'The Mastery of You' which received Reader's Favourite Silver Medal and was nominated for Governor General's Award/RBC Taylor Prize. Her TEDx Talk on the Paradox of Selfishness has garnered international attention, leading to an invitation to TEDWomen to discuss self-care paradigms.
