Renee Roman

Renee Roman is a faculty member at The Chicago School with a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Walden University. She holds a Master's in Resourcing the National Security Strategy from National Defense University, a Master's in Public Administration from Central Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Howard University.

Her research focuses on organizational interventions to enhance performance and culture. She specializes in qualitative research methods and has served as a Dissertation Chair for PhD students. Roman is affiliated with the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She also volunteers with AARP Taxaide.
