Renee Roman is a faculty member at The Chicago School with a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Walden University. She holds a Master's in Resourcing the National Security Strategy from National Defense University, a Master's in Public Administration from Central Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Howard University.
Her research focuses on organizational interventions to enhance performance and culture. She specializes in qualitative research methods and has served as a Dissertation Chair for PhD students.
