Rene Utianski

Rene Utianski is a Part-Time Associate Professor of Speech Pathology and Assistant Professor of Neurology at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine, affiliated with the Division of Speech Pathology and Department of Neurology. She holds a PhD in Speech and Hearing Science from Arizona State University and is board-certified in speech-language pathology.

Her research focuses on defining the clinical, acoustical, and electrophysiological characteristics of neurological disorders, aiming to refine differential diagnoses and inform targeted treatments. This work bridges speech pathology and neurology, emphasizing the interplay between communication disorders and degenerative neurological conditions.
