Remco Spithoven is a Lecturer in Online Resilience at Saxion University of Applied Sciences and a coordinating lecturer in the Cyber Resilient NL Expertise Network. He holds a PhD in social sciences with an interdisciplinary dissertation on perceived insecurity.
