Reinhard Bachmann

Reinhard Bachmann is a Professor at the School of Finance and Management (FIM) at SOAS University of London. His research focuses on trust as a governance mechanism in diverse contexts including financial services, inter-organizational relationships, employee trust in management, and institutional trust dynamics. Bachmann has published extensively in leading journals and edited volumes, often examining how trust interacts with power, control, and autonomy in professional environments.
