Reginald R. Souleyrette

Dr. Reginald R. Souleyrette is a Professor of Civil Engineering and Commonwealth Chair in Transportation Engineering at the University of Kentucky's Stanley and Karen Pigman College of Engineering. He also serves as Program Manager for Planning and Education at the Kentucky Transportation Center, with over 25 years of experience in transportation education and research. His work focuses on transportation data, highway safety, and railroad engineering.
