Regas Georgiou

Regas Georgiou is a Researcher at the KIOS Research and Innovation Center of Excellence, where he joined in 2024 focusing on Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Prior to this, he worked as a GIS Data Specialist and BIM Modeler at a research and educational institution from 2020 to 2023.

• BSc in Civil Engineering from Cyprus University of Technology (2016)
• MSc in Building Engineering from Delft University of Technology (2019)

His research interests include Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, BIM (Building Information Modeling), Geospatial Analysis, and Urban Planning. In his current role, he contributes to GIS-related projects, leveraging his expertise in civil and building engineering.
