Dr Rebekah Wallace serves as a Junior Research Fellow at Blackfriars (a constituent body of the University of Oxford) and concurrently holds a Lecturer position in Philosophy, Religion, & Ethics at the University of Winchester.
Her research centers on Science and Religion through the lens of embodied cognition theory, which posits holistic explanations of cognitive capacities in living beings. She critically examines dialogues between this framework and neo-Aristotelian/Thomist anthropologies, addressing fundamental questions including:
