Rebecca Peake

Dr. Rebecca Peake serves as Associate Dean for Global & Academic Partnerships at Sheffield Hallam University's College of Social Sciences and Arts. She holds a Professional Doctorate in Sports Management (2019) from Sheffield Hallam, along with an M.Sc. in Sport and Leisure Management from Loughborough University and a PGDip from the University of Derby.

Her research focuses on international success factors in parasport, particularly British para athletics. She examines policy implementation, strategic development, and comparative models across national governing bodies. Her applied research aims to enhance athlete experiences and competitive outcomes.

Peake serves as External Examiner for the University of South Wales and University of Worcester. She also advises the China Overseas Student Immigration Council and collaborates with UNESCO through the China Overseas Student Federation Charity Foundation.
