Rebecca Patterson

Rebecca Patterson is Senior Lecturer in Drama Education at Manchester Metropolitan University, where she coordinates the Secondary PGCE Drama program. Her research examines New Materialism and embodied learning through practice-as-research methodologies.

With international experience as artist-in-residence and Erasmus Plus project leader, Patterson maintains collaborations across Europe. Her doctoral work bridges performance practice and educational theory, informed by twenty years as professional theater practitioner and drama educator.
