Rebecca Otten is Professor of Practice and Director of Strategy & Engagement at Tulane University's Taylor Center, where she facilitates field leadership, campus-community partnerships, and program assessment. A founding member of Tulane's social innovation education initiative (2009), she developed curricular and co-curricular programming focused on changemaking.
Her teaching includes 'Introduction to Social Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship' and 'Cultivate your Inner Changemaker' courses. Research examines long-term university-community partnerships, particularly with Grow Dat Youth Farm and unCommon Construction, exploring how collaborative models foster youth leadership and equity.
