Dr. Rebecca (Linchi) Hsu is an Associate Professor of Economics at Howard University, Washington, D.C., affiliated with the Department of Economics in the College of Arts & Sciences. She also serves in the COAS Honors Program. Her work focuses on household economics, public policy, intimate partner violence, and the economics of crime, with current projects exploring unemployment insurance and domestic violence.
