Rebecca Harrison

Rebecca Harrison is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Centre for Brain and Cognitive Development, Birkbeck, University of London. Her research focuses on Psychiatric Genetics, particularly longitudinal patient stratification using integrated clinical, expression, and genetic data. She has expertise in predictive modeling for treatment outcomes and adverse effects, with work on schizophrenia, autism, antipsychotic-induced weight gain, and drug plasma levels.

• PhD (Pending) in Pharmacogenetic Studies of Clozapine in Schizophrenia (King’s College London)
• MA in Genetics from the University of Cambridge (2014)

Her current research investigates genetic influences on social attention measures related to autism spectrum disorder in families. She has published in Psychiatric Genetics (2016) and Scientific Reports (2017), advancing understanding of pharmacogenetic and predictive models in psychiatric contexts.
