Dr. Rebecca Bowler is a Senior Lecturer in Twentieth-Century English Literature at Keele University's School of Humanities. She serves as Director of Research Training (Humanities) and Open Day Co-ordinator. Her research focuses on modernist literature, particularly the works of Dorothy Richardson, May Sinclair, and H.D., with a focus on impressionism, food studies, and textual editing. Her monograph Literary Impressionism (2016) and ongoing projects on modernist wellness explore intersections between literature and cultural practices.
Her editorial work includes the Edinburgh Critical Editions of May Sinclair’s works and roles in the Dorothy Richardson Scholarly Editions Project.
