Dr. Rebecca Adlington is a Senior Lecturer in Clinical Psychology at the University of Hertfordshire, affiliated with the Department of Psychology, Sport and Geography. She co-leads the Clinical Psychology Research Group and is part of the Centre for Research in Psychology and Sports. Her primary role includes teaching on the DClinPsy program and supervising research projects.
Her research interests span clinical psychology training, professional issues in clinical practice, perinatal mental health, and the mental health of children and young people.
