Rayhan Alcena

Rayhan Alcena is a graduate researcher affiliated with Florida International University (FIU) and its Applied Research Center (ARC). He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from FIU in 2024 and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in the same field. As a Research Fellow and Graduate Research Assistant, he focuses on generative artificial intelligence technologies, particularly their integration into the Deactivation & Decommissioning Knowledge Management Information Tool (D&D KM-IT).
