Ray Reagans is the Alfred P. Sloan Professor of Management and Professor in the Work and Organization Studies Group at MIT Sloan School of Management. He also serves as the Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. His research focuses on social networks, demographic diversity's impact on team performance, and organizational climate effects on equity. Reagans holds a BA in sociology and economics from Brown University and a PhD in sociology from the University of Chicago.
