Dr. Ray Qing Cao is the Petroleum and Land Management (PLM) Endowed Professor and Full Professor of Supply Chain Management at the Marilyn Davies College of Business, University of Houston-Downtown. With a teaching career spanning since 1997, he has instructed undergraduate, MBA, EMBA, and Ph.D.-level courses.
