Raul Fernando Rodriguez Rubio

Raul Fernando Rodriguez Rubio serves as a Full Professor in the Department of Telematics Engineering at the School of Telecommunication Engineering, University of Vigo. He is affiliated with the Research Center for Telecommunication Technologies and leads the ET3 Network Laboratory on the Vigo campus.
