Rasmus Lentz

Rasmus Lentz is a Professor of Economics at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Originally from Denmark, he earned his Master's degree from the University of Copenhagen and his PhD from Northwestern University. His research focuses on the microeconomic foundations of aggregate labor market outcomes, including labor productivity, job creation, worker allocation, and wage determination, utilizing Danish administrative micro panel data spanning 30-40 years.

He teaches graduate-level courses in labor and macro economics, as well as undergraduate courses in Intermediate Microeconomics and Labor Economics. His work emphasizes the aggregation of agent-level heterogeneity into macroeconomic phenomena.
